Where is the recipe from? The [Jus-Rol] website.

Ingredients & any changes made? Jus-Rol™ Ready Rolled puff pastry, skinless chicken breasts, 1/2 lemon Grated zest, 1tbsp. lemon juice,2 handfuls spinach, 2 tbsp. crème fraîche half fat, few strips red peppers, seasoning, beaten egg to glaze.
On the website they use the 'light' version of the puff pastry, but Sainsbury's didn't have it so I used the normal puff pastry sheet. Also went for full fat crème fraîche. Other than that, I did as I was told.
Verdict? This is a keeper. More suited for summer than winter, but it still made a good and filling supper on cold Saturday night. I could see it being really good served cold as well as hot. The lemony taste of the chicken is beautiful.
I love it when a tasty recipe doesn't need much in the way of ingredients like this, and with the ready rolled pastry it was so easy to make.
